About the owner

Owner and founder R.L. Foster has been a whitetail outfitter since 1993. While the locations of his hunts have differed from Missouri, Illinois, Kansas, and Texas the results have been the same. By securing premier ground in these areas and keeping hunting pressure to an absolute minimum his clients have consistently put big, mature bucks on the ground.

Our Approach is Simple

WE PUT IN THE WORK. Like any other profession, success often comes from being prepared. Outfitting for trophy Whitetails isn’t a seasonal thing. It requires much more time and effort than most would imagine. Everyone at TCO goes above and beyond to make sure they are as prepared as possible for any scenario that the whitetail rut may throw at our clients. Pre-season scouting, and historical travel patterns help us determine where to put our clients to give them the best chance of bringing home a trophy Whitetail.
